Have just come back from the Pixies in the Olympia. It was fantastic. The best bit being I was at a gig with my peers! Everyone else was roughly 30 ish too ( 36 to be really precise ), it was mental because there were faces there that I recognised from oh so long ago from other gigs.
Now I am here thinking about putting a cake together - the one that ooozed earlier is now perfectly perfect and just awaits icing, but am too too hyped up to even think about making mini cakes to go on it.
Must calm down.
Oh, got a job too! Working in a florist that's opening up in Arnotts in a couple of weeks. Helped out in the original shop in Malahdie and was good at it so have been offered a part time job in the new place. Am nervous of getting the balance between kids (mental), cakes and flowers right. Should be able to do it though.
My youngest son, Arthur, told me the other day - as I was giving out that I wasn't running a hotel - that this is a terrible hotel. My kids think I run a bad hotel. Shits.
