Spidey Dance

Had a lovely morning playing at the Dublin Flea market this morning.  Buoyed up on excellent bargains I though 'I'm going to tidy the shed', as you do.  Dragged everything out, ladder, three bikes, scooter, my bike, tent, chair, recliner ( have I mentioned this shed is 6' x 6' in old money ), chest of drawers and remainder of old fridge's drawers which are awaiting delivery (2 yrs after fridge) to Balrothery.  Anyway, emptied shed and started hoovering up cobwebs and bit of stuff on floor.  Hoovered, bravely I might add, all the cobwebs on ceiling of shed and did one window and had justed started the other when the biggest frickin' spider ever tried to leg it.  Therefore I did the Spider Dance.  The high knee, arm flapping, high screaming dance that one does when confronted with a spider.  Neighbour next door had a huge laugh and Darren nearly dropped the fish pie he was making.
Was brave and went back for spider with a pint glass (didn't hoover him up as he wouldn't fit in the nozzle!!!) and some stiff cardboard.  Caught him, he struggled and I hududuhduh-ed and hauled him out to show sons no. 2 and 3.  Son no. 3 nearly lost the plot and said he was scared of spiders 'like you are'.  Told him there was nothing to be afraid of.  'Sure, look at the size of them'.
