Am not in the least bit consistent in keeping this, meant to be a way to keep pics of cakes up etc. But, thanks to being inundated with cakes ( or rather smothered under really hard to make cakes), I haven't had much of a chance.
Kids less feral, which is good, but have already had one case of nits???????????????????? How, in the name of Jesus, can these things be around already? Also, why is my frickin' head itching even thinking about the little shites. Hate nits, hate the smell of the lotion, hate the kids screams as I try and sort their hair. Lovely.

Have a cake to make for this Friday, a table dressed to look like a party table i.e. a white cake heaving under pretty little cakes made out of icing. Harder than it sounds. Got another order for a willy, this time it is to be red with the Liverbird on it. Yep. Lovely.

Was also wondering, does the 5 second rule apply when you're making cakes or is that just for food you're about to put into your family's mouths? Answers on a postcard to . . . . .

Right, going to feed kids pesto and gnocci and think about cooking a seabasss for me and the man of the house. Bad mother alert, kids get fobbed off and we get the good stuff. The pros of motherhood.
