Yum. Lunch. Homemade Lemonade (flower by Oscar)

Had tonnes of lemons and limes so decided, as you do, to make some home made lemonade/limeade/stuff.  When I went across to Gwen to borrow a . . . bugger, what's it called, funnel!  Yes, when I went to Gwen she had some limes that were just on the turn so we whacked them in too.
Here's how:
9oz - used old scale so no grams, sugar (I used caster as it was all I had).
2 pints cold water.
Lots of lemons, I used about 7 and about five limes.  As the syrup is so sweet you can get away with this many.
Then you . . .
Put water and sugar into a pan and leave to dissolve.  When fully dissolved allow heat to come up and let syrup boil for 2 minutes.  Allow to cool.
Juice your lemons/limes.
I had a 2l jug and 2 x 1l bottles so what I did was divide the juice equally amongst the containers before dividing the syrup likewise.  Then I added cold water to bring to the top of the jug/bottle.  And that's it.  Just add ice and enjoy.
