Haven't been overly happy with my cakemaking for a while now. Felt my mojo had gone, the fact that one of my favourite cakes didn't survive it's trip to where it was to be eaten messed everything up for me. Sad but true. But this cake I love. And I'm delivering it myself to the Grand Hotel in Malahide. Excited as I've been having such fun with the client, Merril, as she tried to organise it on the QT for her husband's 50th birthday.
These golden Challah Rolls are as stunning as they are delicious – pillowy
