Today I had the pleasure of attending a class run by Grainne MacClancy of a cake for you where Carlos Lischetti was teaching us how to make both a baby and a little girl playing in the snow. I have admired the man's work for a couple of years now and it was a joy to have two of his models broken down for me. Yay. Plus, the craic was mighty. Right rowdy bunch are cakers.
