Am so ooooold

Went out on Tuesday to celebrate my lovely friend Anna turning cough years old.  Even made her a cake, had to make her something glam as she was convinced I was going to do her bursting out of a pile of laundry or something.   So made her this, or that cake over there <----.  There is a great photo of me actually covering my eyes when she cut it.  Then Claire covering my eyes as she continued to cut the sodding thing.  Thankfully it was delicious and she was dead happy.  I was on such a high I drank rather a few more tequillas than normal and . . . bit of a sore head.  Oh, when I say 'more than usual' I mean I drank about 4.  Then on St.Patrick's Day I had a few at the end of the day as it had been fairly hectic.  It started off with not waking up.  Then a neighbour rang to say he'd seen a dead dog, who was the image of our dog on the street.  Mad dash around corner, no dog.  But our dog was still missing.  Eventually found the bold Billy sitting INSIDE the window of someone else's house like some fecking hoooer.  Anyway, poor people somewhere have dead dog and ours is very much alive.  Shame he's legged it again.  Think he likes going to house up at the playground.  They have no kids and there house is quiet.  Whats not to like?

Then last night got a mail from a lovely friend who lives just around the corner to tell me she'd been made redundant.  5 days notice type thing .  So, being nice, went around to hers to help cheer her up whereupon she decided what would cheer her up is a drink and she couldn't possibly drink alone.  I think I've drunk more in the past three days than I've drank in previous three months.  Hence. .  I am so oooooold and tired.  Not able to stay up late one night never mind three nights on the trot.

Got huge fit of giggles today when saw two identical twins in a buggy ( the previous week Oscar screamed 'Clooooooones' at the top of his voice upon seeing a different set of idential twins.  Tried explaining they were in fact twins but he insisted they were clones as they looked and dressed the same.  Who am I to argue?

Oooh, I mentioned before that Oz sees me as a mammy who lives in dresses and wears her hair long even though I live in jeans and have defo short funky hair.  Well heres another pic he did of me.  This time for Mother's Day.  A beautiful card I think you'll agree.
