What do we all do now?

The Olympics are over.  London 2012 has come and gone and . . .what am I meant to do now? Everything I've done for the past 19 days has revolved around various sporting events.  I should clarify, I wasn't doing any sports.  I was merely watching the TV.
I was so bereft of sport I found myself cheering two women as they were out walking, 'C'mon, you can do it, you're fabulous'.
On the plus side.  Lots of great programmes on the Sky Box, whooohooo.  Oh, and the paralympics start in two weeks.

Yeah, she's my hero too.

There can only be one post today, one subject of interest to anyone!  Katie Taylor won the gold medal in Boxing for Ireland.  Edge of the seat stuff.
You know what?  That woman is some woman and an inspiration to girls and women everywhere.  Go Katie Go!

Ooooh

These amazing images were taken by Luke MacGregor.  It's almost as if the moon wants in on the wonderful 2012 Olympics taking place in London.  I know how it feels.  They were taken yesterday evening as the moon rose behind Tower Bridge.
